DEC VT05 Terminal.

One of the first CRT terminals ever made.
Called a "Glass Teletype" to try to explain what it was to people who'd never seen anything but an ASR33 before.

Yes, this one still works.

There are schematics available on the 'net, so it should be pretty maintainable.

As you can see, it has some scratches and marks on the gray plastic over the CRT, and a few other small signs of use, but overall it is in very, very good condition for being nearly 40 years old.
